HELP NEEDED!

The PTA phonebook fundraiser kicks off this Thursday. We need lots of helpers to bag the phone books.
This will be happening in the school hall from 9am Thursday. If you can give any of your time throughout the day to helping us, it would be greatly appreciated. Just come to the hall and there will be someone there to direct you.
This will be happening Friday 8.30am-5.00pm, Sat & Sun 8am-4pm.
Even if you can only spare an hour of your time on one of these days it would help us!

The PTA really needs your help!

This year we have undertaken the delivery of the Halswell area phonebooks as one of our fundraisers.

The delivery takes place over a 10 day period beginning the 13th August. We need volunteers to help with Bagging them for 3 days beforehand, delivery during business hours and also the weekends. You do not have to assist with all of these, any help is appreciated. If you have a car and trailer that can be used please let us know.

This is a unique fundraiser in that we are not asking for money, just your time, in any small way you are able. If you are able to assist please approach any PTA member or fill in the form in the office with your contact details and details of what you are able to offer.
